The Rob Warren Leadership Foundation was setup in honor of Robert L. Warren. Rob’s commitment to developing leadership skills into our youths stemmed from an early age.

He became a district attorney for Alameda county, and served on many boards, including Rowell Ranch Rodeo and Sutter Health. The foundation strives to instill young people with the framework and skills to get on not only with their careers but for the rest of their lives. Teaching students the valuable lessons of accountability, teamwork, and leadership qualities, the foundation supports young people to grow to their full potential.

In honor of his memory, the Rob Warren Leadership Foundation donates directly to local student leadership at Castro Valley High School.

"The Rob Warren Foundation has been a transformative partner for the Castro Valley High School Leadership Program. Over the past four years, the Foundation has made it possible for 20 student leaders to attend an overnight leadership camp at UC Santa Barbara, where they gained invaluable leadership skills, connected with peers from across the country, and experienced college life firsthand.

The impact of this opportunity has extended well beyond those students. Their shared knowledge has reached thousands of CVHS students and helped revolutionize how leadership and events are carried out on campus. In addition, the Rob Warren Foundation’s scholarship support for CVHS students further demonstrates its deep commitment to empowering future leaders. Their partnership has truly been a game changer for our school community."
